The Terra and FTX incidents were monumental challenges for Dexlab. Financial difficulties weighed heavily on us, and the collapse of Serum further disrupted not just our operations but also the direction of our company.
Despite these challenges, we operated with a minimal team to sustain our services, continuously updated our products, and worked hard to deliver new solutions. Throughout this difficult time, we have never sold or moved any company or team-held tokens. This was a conscious decision to honor our commitment to the community and to build a stronger future together.
To fulfill this promise, we are now embarking on a significant challenge: DXL 2.0. This represents a complete transformation of Dexlab, rebuilding our structure and reimagining our services to prepare for a brighter future. DXL 2.0 is not a mere upgrade — it’s a complete rebirth, and we aim to achieve this together with our community.
DXL 2.0 Vision and Plan
The DXL 2.0 journey will span one year, where we will meticulously develop this new platform, ensuring that it delivers exceptional results with the community’s involvement at its core.
- Token Migration
- Migration will include a 6-month lock-up period followed by a 1-year vesting schedule, with unlocks every 3 months.

Q1–Q2 2025: DXL 2.0 Service Expansion
- DXL 2.0 Staking Program
We will launch a staking program, enabling users to stake DXL 2.0 tokens and earn rewards. This encourages active participation and contribution to the platform’s ecosystem. - Service Integrations and Partnerships
Dexlab will expand collaborations with various DeFi and Web3 projects to offer users a broader range of functionalities, all accessible within one platform. - Decentralized Airdrop Service
We will introduce a transparent and automated decentralized airdrop system, strengthening trust between project teams and users while ensuring seamless token distribution. - Minting Lab Enhancements
The Minting Lab will be upgraded to provide more intuitive and advanced features. Users will be able to create, manage, and deploy tokens or NFTs effortlessly, even without any technical expertise.
Q3–Q4 2025: DEX Innovation and Dexlab 2.0 Launch
- User-Centric Decentralized Exchange (DEX)
Moving beyond the complexities of traditional DEX models, we will introduce a new DEX with a simplified interface and intuitive trading tools designed for all user levels, including beginners. - Completion of Dexlab 2.0
Dexlab 2.0 will deliver a fully upgraded and scalable platform, offering a reliable infrastructure that positions us as a leader in the next generation of DeFi and Web3 services.
Token Migration Schedule
- Migration Cancellation Period
- December 18–31, 2024: Users can opt to cancel their migration requests during this period through this link.
- This ensures user autonomy and trust throughout the process.
- First Vesting Date
- The first vesting release will begin in July 2025, with the full vesting schedule announced at that time.
